“This is chaos!”

I’m not gonna lie to – I am domestically challenged and not particularly ashamed of that. But hearing “This is chaos!” from my three-year-old niece (!) was harsh.

Now, generally speaking, my apartment is pretty neat. It’s quite empty, truth be told, which is helpful. Also, I knew I wasn’t the best house-keeper ever, so I did everything I could during our home renovation to adapt the space to my poor skills.

The simplest way to plan a remodel

Architects and designers are involved in your project as much as you want them to be.

Sometimes clients want “total design”. Sometimes, for different reasons, they want to choose materials and furniture on their own. Sometimes they want a functional solution for their space. Sometimes they want only an advice.

What they never want, is to do the math.

When working for our private clients, we constantly get phone calls with questions like: “I’m choosing tiles for my bathroom at the store right now, how much did you say I have to buy?” or “What’s the maximum width of the sink, I’ve just found the one I like, but I don’t know if it fits.” There’s always some little detail they can’t remember. Or never bothered to check out.

We don’t mind clients asking us questions, but things can get pretty messy if we’re not at the office and we simply can’t look up for the information hidden somewhere among plans, explanations, dimensions, samples of materials, and lists of expenses. Quick tips for closet design

Closets. Don’t you feel like you love every single one you see on Pinterest, but hate your own? Guess lighting is different. Or yours isn’t white? And oh yeah, you don’t see the big pile of stuff that’s taken out of them in order to show „the perfect closet organization“ (also known as the pile of lies, muahahaha hah).

Just kidding. Some people are perfectly organized. Did you ever stumble upon and spent hours and hours going through organization-related projects on I HEART ORGANIZING like we did so many times?
