August favourites

August favourites

So, do you think the summer is officially over or you’re watching the rain outside still hoping you’ll get to swim a couple of times more this year?
We got to admit we love Indian summer. If only we can for sure say we’ll get to enjoy it by the sea somewhere.

We had some time off this August. It was short but sweet and we still wish it could’ve lasted a bit longer. But when you know you’re somewhere for a short period of time you plan your time better. And we did just that!

Now we’re back in the city, happy that our plants survived our time off. We’re helping our sisters decorate a toddler bedroom and waiting for the wall tiles for Tina’s kitchen and for Nina’s kitchen too (can’t wait for these makeovers).
Also, I was so sad my quick vacation was over I did some online shopping to cure the depression.

It worked!

So we decided to make the August list of our favourites.

February favourites

Oh gosh. If this weren’t a design blog, the list of our February favourites would probably consist of coffee and chocolate. And Ritter Sport Kaffeesplitter – which is basically coffee in chocolate. Seriously, have you tasted it? It’s the best!

But being busy (isn’t that the most annoying expression ever?) never stopped us from noticing pretty things. And we would hate to see it stop you.

That’s why we curated this collection of our (non-eatable) favourites. Hope you’ll like our February list.

January favourites

January favourites

And so the last day of January snuck upon us. How did that happen? We spent the entire month facing new, mostly work-related challenges, completely blown away by the fact how much you liked this apartment.

Also, we spent the month daydreaming about beautiful things we hope to surround ourselves with one day.

It’s not that we like material things – we truly believe good aesthetic enriches life.

We hope to inspire you with our monthly favourites, and maybe even introduce you to something new.

Enjoy!
